The service can be cancelled if the client's question is not answered within 48 hours. The client gets full refund in case, if the client's question submitted to the platform is not answered within 48 hours and the client applies for the cancellation (via e-mail of telephone).

The user can cancel his or her account simply by sending a cancellation e-mail to the contact e-mail address provided below . The user will be promptly contacted by the team and the account will be cancelled after user's confirmation.
